Barleycup with spices

Easy 1
Ingredients:
  • 150 ml water
  • 2 teaspoons Barleycup
  • 50 ml milk
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • pinch star anise
  • a pinch of cinnamon
Method:

Add 150 ml of boiling water to Barleycup. Add the vanilla essence, honey and the star anise. Mix it all gently. Heat then froth the milk and pour over the Barleycup. Finish with a pinch of cinnamon.
