Barleycup with carrot and apricots

Ingredients:
  • 2 teaspoons Barleycup
  • 50 ml hot water
  • 150 ml oat milk
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 carrot
  • 6 dried apricots
  • ½ tablespoon cinnamon
  • cardamom
  • ginger
Method:

Add 50 ml of boiling water to Barleycup. Peel a carrot and cut into fine cubes. Then boil it with oat milk. As soon as it gets soft, add dried apricots, cinnamon, cardamom and ginger. Mix it all together. Add honey and mix again, remove the cardamom pods. Finally, add Barleycup prepared earlier and blend it all until smooth.
