Barleycup with cacao and spices

Ingredients:
  • 2 teaspoons Barleycup
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1 teaspoon cocoa
  • a pinch of ground nutmeg
  • a pinch of ground star anise
  • 200 ml almond milk
Method:

Mix the Barleycup, ginger, nutmeg, cocoa, star anise and cinnamon thoroughly. Heat the almond milk then pour it onto the dry ingredients blended in a mug. Mix it all until ingredients have combined then serve.
