Barleycup with pecans and sweet paprika

Ingredients:
  • 2 tablespoons finely ground walnuts or pecan nuts
  • 2 teaspoons honey
  • 200 ml milk
  • 1 vanilla pod
  • pinch of paprika (optional)
  • 2 teaspoons boiling water
  • 2 teaspoons Barleycup
Method:

Pour the ground nuts into a glass and mix in the honey. Add the vanilla pod to the milk and heat until at boiling point then remove the vanilla pod and whisk over the nut mixture with the paprika if using. Mix thoroughly. Pour the boiling water over the Barleycup and then combine with the nut mixture before serving.
