Barleycup with mango

Easy 1
Ingredients:
  • 50 ml soy milk
  • 2 teaspoons Barleycup
  • ½ fresh mango, peeled and diced into fine pieces
  • 1 banana
  • 200 ml natural yoghurt
Method:

Pour hot soy milk over the Barleycup then leave to cool. Place the mango and banana into a blender and add the yoghurt and whiz until smooth. Add the cooled Barleycup and whiz again, serve immediately.
