Barleycup with apricots

Easy 1
Ingredients:
  • 200 ml boiling water
  • 2 teaspoons Barleycup
  • 3 tablespoon apricot puree
  • 1 lime, zest and juice
  • 2 teaspoons honey
Method:

Add the boiling water to the Barleycup. Mix together the apricot, lime juice and honey and place into the bottom of the glass, then pour over the Barleycup and top with the lime zest to serve.
