Barleycup with orange and mascarpone

Ingredients:
  • 2 tablespoons mascarpone cheese
  • 2 teaspoons honey
  • ½ teaspoons cardamom
  • ½ teaspoons ginger
  • 150 ml milk
  • 2 teaspoons Barleycup
  • orange peel
Method:

Thoroughly mix the mascarpone with honey in a bowl then stir in the ground cardamom and ginger. Boil milk then pour over the Barleycup and allow to cool a little before whisking in the cream cheese mixture. Finish with orange peel to serve.
