Barleycup with fruit of the forest

Easy 1
Ingredients:
  • 3 teaspoons of fruit of the forest pulp
  • 4 teaspoons Barleycup
  • a pinch of cardamom
  • 3 cloves
  • 250 ml water
Method:

Put all ingredients in a pan and heat until almost boiling. Then strain into a mug and finish with half a slice of orange (optional).
