1: Preheat the oven to gas mark 4 / 180°C and place the apples on a baking tray
2: Mix the raisins with the Barleycup and cinnamon in a bowl then spoon equally into each apple.
3: Drizzle the honey over each apple, equally and then bake in a pre-heated oven for approx. 20 minutes or until the apples are soft.
