Spicy Barleycup with seasoning and chilli

Ingredients:
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 200 ml milk
  • a pinch of cardamom
  • a pinch of cinnamon
  • a pinch of ginger
  • a pinch of chilli
  • 2 cloves
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 2 teaspoons Barleycup
  • optional: frothed milk to serve
Method:

Heat the honey in the milk, then add all spices and whole cloves. Simmer for about 2 minutes then remove the cloves. Pour the contents over the vanilla essence and Barleycup and mix thoroughly. Finish with frothed milk (optional).
