Morning Energy – with goji berries

Ingredients:
  • 1 banana (120 g)
  • 200ml semi-skimmed cow’s milk or a non dairy version if you prefer
  • 2 tablespoons Barleycup with Dandelion (12 g)
  • 1 tablespoon honey (12 g)
  • a pinch of cardamom
  • a pinch of ginger
  • a pinch of cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon goji berries (15g)
Method:

Place all ingredients into a blender and whizz until smooth, adding a little extra milk if required. Pour the shake into a tall glass and top with the goji berries to serve.
