Cereal cocktail with cashews and banana

Ingredients:
  • mug of hot Barleycup (made according to the instructions on pack) - 200ml
  • 1 banana (120g)
  • 100ml soya, nut or semi-skimmed cow’s milk if you prefer
  • 2 tablespoons cashews (25g)
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • a pinch of cinnamon
Method:

Pour the Barleycup into a blender and add the banana, milk, cashews, vanilla essence and cinnamon. Whizz until smooth. Pour into a tall glass to serve.
