Barleycup with mango

Ingredients:
  • 200ml semi-skimmed milk, or a non dairy version if you prefer
  • 1 tablespoon Barleycup (6g)
  • half ripe mango (140g)
  • 1 banana (120g)
  • 10g dried mango
  • fresh mint for garnish
Method:

1: Pour the milk into a blender then-then add the Barleycup, mango and banana.

2: Whizz together until smooth and pour into a tall glass to serve. Decorate the top of the cocktail with dried mango flakes and fresh mint.
