Banana and Barleycup shake

Ingredients:
  • 1 banana (120g)
  • 200ml soy milk or semi-skimmed cow’s milk if you prefer
  • 2 tablespoons Barleycup with Dandelion (12g)
  • 1 teaspoon honey (12g)
  • a pinch of cardamom
  • a pinch of ginger
  • a pinch of cinnamon
Method:

Place all ingredients into a blender and whizz until smooth. Serve chilled.
