Avocado, cocoa and Barleycup spread

Ingredients:
  • 1 ripe avocado, peeled and stoned
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder (25g)
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1/2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Barleycup (3g)
Method:

1: Place all the ingredients into a large bowl and beat together until smooth.

2: Serve spread onto toast or crackers or serve as a dip with fresh cucumber and peppers.
